What Data We Collect
Account Data
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Profile picture (if uploaded)

Usage Data
- Chat conversations
- Agent configurations

- Feature usage
Technical Data
- Login timestamps
- Device information (for security)
- Error logs (anonymized)
What We Don't Do
- Don't sell your data - Ever
- Don't use chats for training - Your conversations stay private
- Don't share with third parties - Except as needed to provide the service
- Don't read your conversations - They're encrypted
Data Retention

| Agent logs | Based on plan (7-30 days) |
| Deleted data | 30 days, then permanently removed |
Exporting Your Data
Download all your data:
Go to Settings → Privacy.
Click "Export My Data."
Choose what to export:
- All data
- Chats only
- Account info only
Click "Generate Export."
Download the file (JSON format) when ready.
Deleting Data
Delete Chat History
- Go to Settings → History
- Select chats to delete (or all)
- Confirm deletion
Delete Memories
- Go to Settings → Memory
- Select memories to delete (or all)
- Confirm deletion
Delete Account
Go to Settings → Privacy.
Click "Delete Account."
Read the warning about permanent deletion.
Enter your password.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if needed.
Privacy Controls
Conversation Privacy
Settings → Privacy → Conversation Privacy
- Save history: On/Off
- Memory system: On/Off
- Usage analytics: On/Off
Integration Data
When you connect integrations:
- Data is accessed only when you request
- Not stored permanently
- Encrypted in transit
Disconnect integrations in Settings → Integrations.
Third-Party Services
We use these services:

Data shared is minimal and governed by our agreements with these providers.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (via export)
- Delete your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Restrict processing (disable features)
- Port your data (export and leave)
