Security Best Practices

Regular Review

  • Monthly: Review connected services
  • Remove any you no longer use
  • Check for suspicious connections

Minimum Necessary Access

  • Only connect services you actively use
  • Grant minimum required permissions
  • Disconnect services when projects end

Secure Your Accounts

  • Use strong passwords on connected accounts
  • Enable 2FA where available
  • Monitor for unauthorized access

Agent Access

Controlling Agent Permissions

When creating agents, you choose which integrations they can use:

  • Only enable necessary integrations
  • Review before activating
  • Audit agent access periodically

Per-Agent Control

Each agent has its own integration settings:

  • Agent A: Gmail only
  • Agent B: Slack and GitHub
  • Agent C: All integrations
