Chat Issues
AI Not Responding
Symptoms: Message sent but no response appears.
Solutions:
- Check your credit balance - you may have run out
- Refresh the page and try again
- Check if the model is available (some have outages)
- Try a different AI model
Slow Responses
Symptoms: AI takes a long time to reply.
Solutions:
- Long or complex prompts take longer - be patient
- Premium models (GPT-5, Claude Opus) are slower
- Check your internet connection
- Try a faster model like GPT-4o Mini
Response Cut Off
Symptoms: AI response ends mid-sentence.
Solutions:
- Say "continue" to get the rest
- Ask the AI to be more concise
- Break your request into smaller parts
Credit Issues
Credits Not Showing
Symptoms: Credit balance shows 0 or incorrect amount.
Solutions:
- Refresh the page
- Check Settings → Billing → Usage for accurate count
- Verify your subscription is active
- Wait a few minutes after purchasing
Credits Depleting Fast
Symptoms: Running out of credits quickly.

- Check which models you're using (premium costs 20x)
- Review agent activity in Settings → Billing → Usage
- Use standard models for simple tasks
- Consider upgrading your plan
Daily Credits Not Resetting
Symptoms: Free credits didn't reset at midnight.
Solutions:
- Credits reset at midnight in your timezone
- Check your timezone in account settings
- Wait a few minutes after midnight
- Contact support if issue persists
Account Issues
Can't Log In
Symptoms: Unable to access your account.

- Check your email spelling

Two-Factor Authentication Locked Out
