Managing Memories

View, edit, and delete your stored memories

Take control of what Billix remembers about you.

Viewing Memories

Go to Settings

Click your profile → Settings.

Open Memory

Navigate to the Memory section.

Browse Memories

See all stored memories with:

  • Content
  • Importance score
  • When created
  • Keywords

Memory List

Your memories appear as cards:

Editing Memories

To update a memory:

Find the Memory

Search or scroll to find it.

Click Edit

Click the Edit button.

Make Changes

Update the content, importance, or keywords.

Save

Click Save to store changes.

What You Can Edit

  • Content: The actual memory text
  • Importance: 1-10 score
  • Keywords: Tags for retrieval

Deleting Memories

Delete Single Memory

  1. Find the memory
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm deletion

Bulk Delete

  1. Select multiple memories (checkboxes)
  2. Click "Delete Selected"
  3. Confirm

Delete All

  1. Go to Memory Settings
  2. Click "Delete All Memories"
  3. Type CONFIRM to proceed

Warning: Deleted memories cannot be recovered.

Creating Memories Manually

In Chat

Just ask:

"Remember that my team uses Slack for communication"
"Save this: Project deadline is March 15"

In Settings

  1. Go to Settings → Memory
  2. Click "Add Memory"
  3. Enter the memory content
  4. Set importance and keywords
  5. Save

Searching Memories

Use the search bar to find specific memories:

  • Search by content
  • Search by keyword
  • Filter by importance
  • Sort by date

Memory Organization

By Category

Memories are auto-categorized:

  • Personal (name, preferences)
  • Work (company, projects)
  • Technical (coding preferences)
  • Other

By Importance

Sort by importance to see critical memories first.

By Recency

View newest or oldest memories first.

Export Memories

Download your memories:

  1. Go to Settings → Memory
  2. Click "Export"
  3. Download as JSON
