Credit Errors

"Insufficient credits"

Meaning: You don't have enough credits for this action.

Solution:

  • Check your credit balance
  • Use a cheaper model (standard = 1 credit)
  • Wait for daily/monthly reset
  • Purchase more credits or upgrade

"Daily limit reached"

Meaning: Free plan daily credits exhausted.

Solution:

  • Wait until midnight (your timezone) for reset
  • Upgrade to Pro for unlimited standard usage

"Premium credits exhausted"

Meaning: Monthly premium credits used up.

Solution:

  • Use standard/advanced models instead
  • Purchase additional premium credits
  • Wait for monthly reset

Authentication Errors

"Session expired"

Meaning: Your login session timed out.

Solution:

  • Log in again
  • Enable "Remember me" for longer sessions
  • Check if cookies are enabled

"Invalid credentials"

Meaning: Email or password incorrect.

Solution:

  • Double-check your email spelling
  • Use "Forgot Password" to reset
  • Check Caps Lock isn't on

"Account suspended"

Meaning: Your account has been restricted.

Solution:

  • Check your email for a notice from Billix
  • Contact support for details
  • Review terms of service

"2FA required"

Meaning: Two-factor authentication needed.

Solution:

  • Enter code from your authenticator app
  • Use a backup code if you lost access
  • Contact support for account recovery

Model Errors

"Model unavailable"

Meaning: The AI model is temporarily down.

Solution:

  • Try a different model
  • Wait a few minutes and retry
  • Check status page for outages

"Model timeout"

Meaning: Request took too long to process.

Solution:

  • Your prompt may be too complex
  • Try a shorter prompt
  • Use a faster model
  • Try again (temporary server load)

"Context length exceeded"

Meaning: Conversation is too long for the model.

Solution:

  • Start a new conversation
  • Summarize previous context
  • Use a model with longer context

"Rate limited"

Meaning: Too many requests too quickly.

Solution:

  • Wait a moment before next message
  • Slow down your request pace
  • This is temporary, try again shortly

Integration Errors

"Connection failed"

Meaning: Can't connect to external service.

Solution:

  • Check if the service is online
  • Reconnect the integration
  • Verify your account on that service

"Authorization revoked"

Meaning: Permission to access service was removed.

Solution:

  • Reconnect the integration
  • Re-authorize Billix in the service's settings
  • Check service account status

"API error"

Meaning: External service returned an error.

Solution:

  • The connected service has an issue
  • Try again later
  • Check the service's status page

"Scope insufficient"

Meaning: Missing required permissions.

Solution:

  • Disconnect the integration
  • Reconnect and grant all requested permissions
  • Some features need additional access

Agent Errors

"Agent failed"

Meaning: Agent couldn't complete its task.

Solution:

  • Check agent logs for details
  • Verify integrations are connected
  • Simplify agent instructions
  • Ensure required permissions exist

"Trigger not found"

Meaning: Agent's trigger condition is invalid.

Solution:

  • Edit the agent's trigger settings
  • Reconnect any required integrations
  • Recreate the trigger

"Execution timeout"

Meaning: Agent ran too long without completing.

Solution:

  • Simplify the agent's task
  • Break into multiple smaller agents
  • Check for infinite loops in logic

Canvas Errors

"Export failed"

Meaning: Couldn't export your canvas content.

Solution:

  • Try a different export format
  • Check your browser allows downloads
  • Reduce content size and retry

"Preview unavailable"

Meaning: Can't show live preview.

Solution:

  • Check for syntax errors in code
  • Refresh the canvas
  • Try a different canvas type

Payment Errors

"Payment failed"

Meaning: Credit card charge was declined.

Solution:

  • Check card details are correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Try a different card
  • Contact your bank

"Card declined"

Meaning: Your bank rejected the transaction.

Solution:

  • Contact your bank
  • Try a different payment method

Network Errors

"Network error"

"Service unavailable"

Solution:
