Using Integrations in Chat

Once connected, use natural language:

"Check my Gmail for unread emails from my boss"

"What meetings do I have tomorrow?"

"Post a message to #general in Slack saying the deploy is complete"

"Show me open issues assigned to me in Linear"

Using Integrations with Agents

Agents can use integrations to automate tasks:

Agent: Daily Email Digest
Integrations: Gmail, Slack
Schedule: Daily at 8 AM

Instructions:
1. Check Gmail for unread emails from the last 24 hours
2. Summarize important messages
3. Post summary to #daily-digest in Slack

Security & Privacy

Permissions

• Billix only requests necessary permissions
• You control what each integration can access
• Revoke access anytime

Data Handling

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We don't store your emails or documents permanently
• Information is processed only when you request it

OAuth Security

• We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
• Your passwords are never stored by Billix
• Tokens are encrypted and securely stored

Integration Limits

Common issues and solutions:

• Can't connect - Try disconnecting and reconnecting
• Permission denied - Check that you granted all required permissions
• Rate limited - Wait and try again, or upgrade your plan
