Google Drive

Connect Google Drive to access your documents, spreadsheets, and files directly from Billix.

What You Can Do

With Google Drive connected:

Find files by name or content
Read documents and summarize them
Access spreadsheets and data
List folders and contents
Get file information and links

Connecting Google Drive

Go to Settings

Open Settings → Integrations.

Find Google Drive

Click "Connect" next to Google Drive.

Choose your Google account.

Grant Permissions

Allow Billix to access your Drive files.

Verify Connection

Test: "List my recent files in Drive"

Using Drive in Chat

Find Files

"Find the file called 'Q4 Budget Proposal' in my Drive"

"Search for spreadsheets about sales data"

"Show me documents modified this week"

Read Documents

"Summarize the document 'Marketing Strategy 2024'"

Document Tracker

Name: Important Doc Tracker
Trigger: Daily at 9:00 AM
Integrations: Google Drive, Slack

Instructions:
1. Check for files modified in the last 24 hours
   in the 'Active Projects' folder
2. List changed documents with modification time
3. Post summary to #document-updates

Weekly File Digest

Name: Drive Weekly Summary
Trigger: Weekly, Mondays at 8:00 AM
Integrations: Google Drive, Gmail

Instructions:
1. List all files shared with me last week
2. Summarize any documents with 'Review' in the name
3. Send a digest to my email
