Invoices

View and manage your billing invoices

Access your invoices, update payment methods, and manage your billing information.

Viewing Invoices

Go to Settings → Billing.

Click "Invoices" or "Billing History."

View all past invoices with:

  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status
  • Download link

Downloading Invoices

Click the download icon next to any invoice to get a PDF with:

  • Invoice number
  • Date and period
  • Items and amounts
  • Payment method used
  • Your billing details

Invoice Status

StatusMeaning
PaidPayment successful
PendingPayment processing
FailedPayment failed (action needed)
RefundedPayment was refunded

Updating Payment Method

Go to Settings → Billing.

Find "Payment Method."

Click "Update" or "Change."

Enter new card details.

Save changes.

Updating Billing Information

Change your billing name or address:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Billing Info"
  3. Update details
  4. Save

This affects future invoices.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. Update your payment method
  3. We'll retry automatically
  4. Service continues for a grace period

After multiple failures, service may be restricted until payment succeeds.

Canceling Subscription

Go to Settings → Billing.

Click "Manage Subscription."

Select "Cancel Subscription."

Confirm cancellation.

  • Access continues until period ends
  • You'll drop to Free plan after
  • Reactivate anytime
