Viewing Usage

Go to Settings → Billing.

Click "Usage" or "View Usage."

See your credit consumption dashboard.

For simple tasks, use cheaper models:

Quick questions → GPT-4o Mini (1 credit)
Complex analysis → GPT-5 (20 credits)

Review model selection
Optimize instructions for efficiency

Set Alerts (Pro+)

Get notified before running low:

Settings → Billing → Alerts
Set threshold (e.g., 80% used)
Choose notification method

Exporting Usage Data

Download usage reports:

Go to Settings → Billing → Usage
Click "Export"
Choose date range
Download CSV
