Passkeys
Use biometric authentication for secure, passwordless login

Passkeys let you log in using your device's biometrics (Face ID, fingerprint) or security key—no password needed.
What Are Passkeys?
Passkeys are a modern authentication method that:
- Use biometrics instead of passwords
- Are resistant to phishing
- Work across devices
- Can't be stolen in data breaches
Setting Up a Passkey
Go to Security Settings
Settings → Security → Passkeys.
Click Add Passkey
Click "Add a Passkey."
Authenticate
Use your device's biometric (Face ID, fingerprint) or PIN.
Name Your Passkey
Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "MacBook Pro," "iPhone").
Done
Your passkey is now active.
Logging In with Passkey
- Go to the login page
- Click "Sign in with Passkey"
- Use your biometric or security key
- You're logged in—no password needed!
Supported Devices
| Device | Method |
|---|---|
| iPhone/iPad | Face ID, Touch ID |
| Mac | Touch ID, Apple Watch |
| Android | Fingerprint, face unlock |
| Windows | Windows Hello |
| Any | Security keys (YubiKey, etc.) |
Managing Passkeys
View Your Passkeys
- Go to Settings → Security → Passkeys
- See all registered passkeys
- View when each was last used
Remove a Passkey
- Go to Settings → Security → Passkeys
- Find the passkey to remove
- Click "Remove"
- Confirm
Multiple Passkeys
Add passkeys for each device:
- One for your laptop
- One for your phone
- One for your tablet
- Backup security key
You can log in from any registered device.
Passkeys + Password
Passkeys don't replace your password:
- Password still works for login
- Required for account recovery
- Needed for some sensitive actions
